The Four Pillars of Catapult

There are four pillars that shape this High Impact Empowerment Course and they will help shape your life.

These pillars are all equally important and work best together. They are fundamental to giving you the life you want and helping you achieve more.

Pillar 1: Take the Pause
Learn about the importance of taking time to pause. You will learn the science behind ancient techniques such as grounding, breathing, and meditation. These tools, when applied, can help you with decision making, problem solving, and facing difficult challenges; and we will teach you how.

Pillar 2: Awareness and Acceptance
Becoming more aware and accepting of your feelings, situations, challenges and problems are the first steps to taking back control of your life. You will learn that you are not your thoughts and how to have a calmer, balanced approach to your life and yourself. It’s time to let go of negative chatter.

Pillar 3: Stepping in
Fear and anxiety can be crippling. They can stop us from taking action and making change. The good news is that they can be overcome with the help of principles 1 and 2. Principle 3 is about you and this is where you are going to have to roll up your sleeves and the more you do it, the easier it gets.

Pillar 4: Moving forward
Moving forward means having clear and tangible goals. You are going to work on these and learn a few simple techniques that will keep you on track. By this stage, you will be more aware of what might get in the way of your goals and you will be in a better place to pre-empt and be ready to get the life you want.

Your trainer

Stephen Brown brings you over 20 years of experience working with people inside and outside the comfort zone. He has delivered Training Events and Retreats around the Globe and has worked with everyone from young people at risk to CEO’s of multi-national companies.

Stephen is Master Firewalk Instructor Trainer, Master NLP Practitioner, Coach, Supporter, and Friend to all he works with. He has set-up multiple business and global projects over the last 10 years, all with the intention of helping people. Like everyone else, he has had his fair share of ups and downs, and freely shares the learnings he has experienced along the way.

Most importantly, he is passionate about helping people get the life that they want, on the condition that it gives them inner peace. Stephen’s calm and engaging manner is inspiring, and he shares his experience and knowledge in a way that is easy to learn.
