  • Contribute
  • Cause
  • Challenge
  • Community

As an organiser of a Charity Event it is very useful for you to know about the Big Four. This knowledge can be incorporated into promoting your event and getting people to take part in your Charity Firewalk or Charity Glass Walk.

Let’s explore why people Glass Walk and Firewalk for Charity…

Contribute

People like to contribute, they like to give, and this is a worldwide phenomenon. In fact, it is scientifically proven that we are wired to give, and it makes us happier. Contributing is a sure-fire way to “make a difference” in your life and others.

Cause

Often, people get involved with a charity because of the cause. It might be that the Charity works with the elderly and really helped that person’s relative. Or it could be that an organisation is making a positive impact in the persons local area and they want to get behind them. Of course, there are too many examples to mention. In fact, you probably have first hand experience of why you are supporting the Charity you want to organise this Firewalk for.

“Remember that the happiest people are not those getting more, but those giving more.”
H. Jackson Brown Jr.
